After extensive litigation, after years of saying “no” and sending “low-ball” offers, and on the eve of trial, the insurer signaled it was ready to talk. KMW was able to obtain a settlement of $1,500,000, an amount many times greater than any early offer by the insurance company. Client AB is now secure in his ability to obtain the future medical care that was caused by the crash.
